The problem

CLM needed a way for many facilities to request localised design work quickly without each piece drifting away from the brand.

The challenge was not one poster or one campaign. It was the volume: many facilities, many needs, fast turnarounds and a constant risk of inconsistent output.

The system

We built a portal for facilities to request creative work and developed design systems that allowed the team to produce brand-aligned material quickly.

For example, we created 10 to 12 poster layout systems with the brand rules built in. Each request could start from a strong design foundation, then be customised for the facility, campaign, copy and local context.

My role

I led creative direction, managed graphic designers, reviewed work for quality and consistency, and helped build the process from request through design, approvals, revisions and signoff.

The outcome

At peak, the system supported approximately 60 to 100 design requests per month across 20 to 30 facilities.

The work made fast turnaround possible without treating consistency as optional.

What this shows

This project shows my ability to build practical creative systems, manage designers, protect brand standards and keep work moving in a high-volume environment.
