The problem

The show needed to sell a premium theatre experience across multiple centres while coordinating creative, marketing, production, media, talent and live logistics.

The work had to keep moving before and during the tour. Campaign assets did not stop once the show was on the road.

My role

I led the creative direction across the brand, website, campaign assets, signage, print design and photography. I contributed to broader campaign strategy, reported to the CEO and worked with publicists, production managers, technical managers, suppliers, media partners, talent and leadership.

During the two-week tour, I operated as 2IC, managed talent logistics, continued creating marketing material and photographed the performances.

The outcome

The tour sold approximately 10,000 tickets and achieved at least one sold-out show in each centre, including Wellington, Palmerston North, Taranaki and Auckland.

What this shows

This project shows my ability to lead creative work in a complex, high-pressure environment where marketing, people, production, logistics and live deadlines all matter at once.
